Can you say no to this face? I know, it’s really hard. Look at those EYES. Look at those CHEEKS. Look at that LIP for GOODNESS SAKE! Let me just take a moment to brag on the awesomeness of Sammy. He has been selling these cards for a school fundraiser. They are $10 each and can be used as many times at you want at numerous businesses (mostly local eateries) until May 2012. I’m not asking you to buy one. If you are reading this, chances are you already have. His goal was to sell at least 24 so he could get a duck hat that quacks. Well, the boy sold enough to get 2 duck hats that quack. He has, as of tonight, sold 51 of those little suckers. Aside from me selling to a few co-workers, he did ALL of the work himself. When given the chance to collect that second duck hat that quacks, he said, “No, I already have one, I will let someone else have a chance to get it.” Ummm…winning!
So what does Sammy get if he is top seller for his school? His choice of an XBox 360, iPod Touch or Nintendo DS. He REALLY wants that iPod Touch. The really sweet thing is that he got an iPod Nano for Christmas, but he knows his older brother really wants an iPod because his Sansa player is worn out. He offered to give his brother the Nano if he gets the iPod Touch. How sweet is that? Of course, now his brother is rooting for him to be top seller even more.
Not only is Sammy raising money for his school, but he is being a great brother. So…I will leave you with this, a picture of Sammy and his brother Michael, getting along just fine.
What? They weren’t in each others line of sight, so they were getting along and not fighting! Isn’t it wonderful!
